Brunch is one of my facvourite times of the week to meet with family and friends for a great meal - and maybe even a cocktail or two!  Here are four great places to have brunch in Halifax, Nova Scotia:

Brunch at Edna - Eat This Town

1. Edna: Located in the vibrant North End, Edna is a popular brunch spot in Halifax. Their menu features farm-to-table ingredients and creative dishes such as lemon ricotta pancakes, eggs Benedict with house-smoked ham, and avocado toast.

2. The Middle Spoon: If you're looking for a brunch spot with a touch of elegance, The Middle Spoon is a great choice. They serve a delectable brunch menu that includes favorites like Belgian waffles, Eggs Florentine, and croissant breakfast sandwiches. Don't forget to try their signature dessert cocktails!

3. Le Bistro By Liz: This cozy French bistro offers a delightful brunch experience. From classic French toast and quiches to smoked salmon bagels and eggs en cocotte, their menu is full of delicious options. The charming atmosphere and friendly service add to the overall experience.
