🏡 FOUR TIPS FOR HOUSE HUNTERS

✔️ GET PRE-APPROVED :Getting a formal preapproval from a lender or mortgage broker let's you know the MAX you can spend - and gives you confidence when making an offer!

✔️ SET A BUDGET : Know realistically how much you can afford each month for mortgage, taxes, household expenses, utilities, etc. Stick to that budget when house hunting.

✔️ BE FLEXIBLE : The market in HRM has low inventory, so you may need to be flexible in the type of home and location.

✔️GET OUT AND SEE SOME HOUSES! Looking online can give you lots of great advance info, but it's imperative to get out and see some homes. This gives you a wealth of information about what you don't like and want in a home, helps you to understand the pros and cons of different types of home, and builds your bank of knowledge in the process.

.

If you're thinking of buying a home and would like some help, or simply have some questions get in touch any time - text, call message, or email.
