About Cheryl Cook

Cheryl Cook | REALTOR® | RE/MAX Nova | Halifax, Nova Scotia

Good data. Clear communication. Experienced guidance every step of the way.

My obsession with houses began early. Moving frequently as a child meant I spent my youth looking at properties, sparking a lifelong fascination with every kind of home: old, new, big, and small. My background in medical research gave me a deep respect for evidence and hard data, while my study and work in interior design shaped how I understand the functional reality of a home.

Today, I combine those two sides to help Halifax-area buyers and sellers make informed real estate decisions with confidence.
A house is an emotional and functional choice, but the market data is what allows you to make an informed choice. I bring you the numbers and plain-language guidance so you can see where things stand and what your choices are.
