My love of houses started early. Growing up in a military family meant moving frequently and I became fascinated by the potential of new spaces. I fell in love with the build, the history, the architectural context of different neighborhoods, and the character inherent in every home, from mid-century moderns and new builds, to historic century properties. To me, every house has a functional reality, a story of its own, and a future waiting to be explored.

After graduating from Saint Mary's University, I worked for over a decade in medical research in geriatrics and dementia. That experience showed me how good data drives sound decision-making. In a market often crowded with opinions, noise, and emotion, I bring a grounded, data-based mindset. I analyze the numbers and explain them in plain language so you always understand where things stand and what your choices are.

Driven by my love of homes and physical spaces, I later studied and worked in interior design. Understanding spatial flow and structural potential allowed me to see homes through a practical lens, but real estate was where everything truly came together. It combined my analytical approach to market numbers with my love for home architecture and full-service client care.
